- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆January 16, 2019, by Ceara ChristopherI️ bought a nose ring from this Claire’s store, and it broke before I️ wore it once. I️ hadn’t even gotten it in yet and the silver broke. I️ went back in for a refund, and they told me they could not pay me back the money i️ spent. Instead, they exchanged me for the same nose ring, and let me walk out without a bag or new receipt saying that I️ exchanged it. Which in my opinion is unproffessional.
